This design was inspired by the lack of representation within black culture. Society gave us an image of Jesus that most of us never questioned. We placed that image in our cars, homes and churches in spite of what the scripture told us.

Reading books like “The Shack” allowed me to understand that nobody can place Jesus inside a box. Furthermore, no other culture has the right to define His image for us.
