To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the same condition you received it. The product purchased must be in the original packaging with all original garment tags still attached. Also, the return must be made within 21 days of the purchase date.

Ordered the wrong size? Accidents can happen, so we’re glad to offer you one size exchange of the same product.

To be eligible for a size exchange, contact us at within 7 days of receiving the ordered product. Please include the correct size you will need, the name on the order, order number and the verified shipping address.

While we are happy to exchange the same ordered product size, no refunds are given for incorrect size choices. The customer will be responsible for the return of the product as well as any shipping costs.




If you have received a damaged, defective or misprinted product please contact us Our team will look into this issue as soon as possible. Please share a detailed description of the problem, the name used for the order, the order number, the verified shipping address and add 2-3 quality photos where we can see the issue. A new product will soon be reshipped to you once we receive the damaged product. If the identical product is not available upon return, a different item may be eligible for an exchange.

To cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of when the order was placed at After the 12 hour period, we will do our best to cancel any change of heart orders. Once production begins, we can no longer cancel the order and the product will be shipped to the customer as originally requested.




Free return shipping labels are not included with returns due to change of heart of design, color, etc. Also, please make sure to utilize the sizing chart to enable correct sizing before submitting your order.
